Days after Nazir Gary was shot to death on a Phila­delphia street corner last December — and a month after he was charged along with a friend with robbing a man at gunpoint — his co-defendant Thomas posted a message on Gary’s MySpace page.

“I went to the court date yesterday. The bitchass NI99A (a witness against them) aint show up so thats a good thing. … In my eyes we still co-d’s [co defendants] … And I know things will go in our favor.” Two months after posting comments online about his court date, charges were filed against Thompson for intimidating and retaliating against a witness.

Many MySpace users list “Killadelphia,” as their hometown. Philli Criminal Intelligence Units say they are aware of the massive catalog of incriminating photographs and messages on social network profiles. MySpace says that it works with law enforcement agencies whenever its content will aid in a criminal investigation.

   i know those two yung guys…we LIVE IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD……and all i can say iz they are two nice young mEn….being viewed as criminals…they wer both in college withno previous records and workin..the guy naz was killed for mistaken identity UNFORTUNITLY…but there was never no robbery…it was a fight started by the plantiff against the other young man…the guy lost and got mad and lied to get them arrested..and when they bailed out…he wanted them arrested so he lied sum more…hee’s the real criminal….its not right!….as far as the myspace thing….he simply said the guy didnt show up thats a good thing…which it is…if a lier didnt come to court on two innocent young men..thats wonderful…..so juss get the facts right first…..that young man has too many witnesses comin in his behalf (IM ONE) sayin it was only a fight….with no guns or robbery…started by the plantiff….its crazy!! the plantiff iz the real criminal…the truth will set HIM free…before you know it that lying man will be locked up for perjury and falsifacation to authorities…
